About Me

Hey there, I’m Darren.  My wife Beck and I pastor C3 New Life in Newcastle, Australia. We have 3 great boys and a little baby girl. My passions are God, my wife and kids, my church, good food, movies, technology and the odd video game here or there.

I’m not a workaholic but I love my work.  I’m passionate, driven, competitive, faithful and entertaining!  I’m a people person and love connecting with people I don’t know.  I find people fascinating, their stories deep and touching.  I’m devoted to the call of God on my life.  Jesus is my focus.  I’m passionate about seeing people healed, whole, free and living life for everything it was intended to be.

God is amazing.  When you truly get a grip on what God has for you, you’ll lay down everything.  I use the word ‘journey’ a lot.  I’m on a journey… of faith, of life, of marriage, of fatherhood, of freedom, of healing, of truth, of joy, of relationship with God and people.

I’m real, down to earth… what you see is what you get.  Read the blog and get inspired to discover God and the kind of life He has for you.  It’ll blow your mind.

    Hi Darren,
I’ve read your comment on http://growahealthychurch.com/springpad-or-evernote-which-is-best/. How did you copied your Springpad content to Evernote? All by copy and paste?! Or is there an import function?

    Greetings from Germany

Hi Philipp – I’m pretty sure I just copied and pasted most of it. Some I deleted as it wasn’t really relevant to my life and ministry now. I’m not sure if there’s an importer as Springpad isn’t as mainstream as Evernote is. There may be but you’d need to Google it :)
